Introducing the GSFA PLATINUM GRANT, the closest thing to a true 0% down home loan! FHA/Conventional loan with a 3%, 4%, or 5% grant to cover the down payment (3%-3.5%) and closing costs! The grant is forgiven after 3 years as long as the buyer doesn't sell, change title, or refinance in those 3 years. Minimum expenses are the appraisal report ($505) & the credit report ($30). The buyer can have an excess remaining from closing costs so plan to either have them cover this or ask for seller credit. Ask for scenario info.
